Prakashan is the person to see for help in parallelizing code to run on cluster. He can also assist you with applications that use linear algebra. He is an expert on applications that integrate computers in clusters for parallel computing, and you can also contact him for grid computing.
Prakashan is a computational chemist and has contributed code to GAMESS and MOPAC; he was also instrumental in parallelizing Q CHEM. He is a Fortran, C, and C++ programmer who is experienced with MPI, TCGMSG, and global arrays. He can also install and assist with the installation and use of various compilers, MPICH, and the numerical algebra libraries: LAPACK, ScaLaPack, BLAS, BLACS, FFTW, and ARPACK.
Prakashan has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Memphis and has done post doctoral work at the Ohio State University.
Prakashan has been with IDRE and predecessor organizations since the summer of 2002. He says he spends ALL his spare time chasing after his young daughter.
