Image Processing Pipelines Using AWS Microservices – A Satellite Analysis Reveals Why Structures Burn While Neighbors Survive Disaster

In this workshop you will learn how to build image processing pipelines using AWS Generative AI Services and Serverless Infrastructure. Using a real-world example from the LA Wildfires of 2025, you will learn how to combine image segmentation models and generative AI models to provide an in-depth analysis of the supplied dataset and how to extend this workflow to other image processing research. After the workshop, you will be given access to the GitHub respiratory and AWS starter shapes.
