RSVP FOR EVENT

“Science Gateway” refers to a web or mobile-based applications with user-friendly interfaces enabling access to advanced technology resources to support scientific research and/or education. This 2-hour session aims to provide fundamental information about Science Gateway technologies. Three covered topics include:

1. What Science Gateways really refer to and what Science Gateways can provide to researchers and educators.
2. The efforts from UCLA IDRE for implementing a Science Gateway.
3. The visions and planning of UCLA Science Gateway provided from IDRE.

No prerequisites, but we recommend that you take the UCLA IDRE Science Gateway Survey before or after the session.
