Institute for Digital Research and Education
The Office of Advanced Research Computing (OARC) is pleased to be one of the remote sites for the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC) workshop on Using GPUs with OpenACC on November 13, 2024.
OpenACC is the accepted standard that uses compiler directives to allow quick development of GPU-capable codes using standard languages and compilers. It has successfully accelerated real applications within very short development periods. This workshop assumes knowledge of either C or Fortran programming. Hands-on exercises using the Bridges-2 computing platform at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center are included to give attendees practice with the concepts presented.
This event will be presented virtually from PSC with onsite attendance at OARC. Staff will be available to assist attendees with hands-on exercises and provide technical support.
**This will be an IN-PERSON event hosted by OARC, and there WILL NOT be a direct-to-desktop option for this event.**
